1. Demand Communication

The manufacturer conducts market research according to the customer's needs, to understand the market trend, competitive products, etc., to provide reference for the design.
3. Conceptual design
The manufacturer puts forward a preliminary design proposal, including product appearance, functions, materials, etc., and discusses and confirms with the customer.
4. Design Development
The manufacturer carries out detailed design, including structural design, functional design, material selection, etc., and produces detailed design drawings and technical documents.
5. Sample production
According to the confirmed design scheme, the manufacturer will make samples, and the customer will check and confirm the samples.
6. Modification and confirmation
The customer puts forward modifications to the samples, and the manufacturer makes adjustments until the customer is satisfied and confirms the samples.
7. Mass production
After confirming the samples, the manufacturer starts mass production and carries out strict quality control according to the design and quality requirements.
8. Quality Control
During the production process, the manufacturer carries out strict quality control to ensure that each product meets the design and quality requirements.
9. Packaging and Delivery
After the production is completed, the manufacturer packs the products according to the customer's requirements and arranges transportation and delivery.
10. After-sales service
The manufacturer provides after-sales service to deal with customer feedback and after-sales problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
