OEM Process
Under the OEM model, the customer provides the design and specifications, and the manufacturer produces according to the customer's requirements. The specific process is as follows:
1. Demand Communication
The customer and the manufacturer have a preliminary communication to clarify the specifications, design requirements, quantity, delivery
2. Design Confirmation
Customers provide detailed design drawings and technical requirements, the manufacturer conducts feasibility assessment and makes suggestions or modifications.
3. Quotation and Contract
The manufacturer conducts costing based on the design and requirements and provides a quotation to the customer. Both parties confirm the price and terms and sign the contract.
4. Sample Production
The manufacturer makes samples according to the design provided by the customer, and the customer checks and confirms the samples. If necessary, modification and re-sampling are carried out.
5. Mass production
After the samples are confirmed, the manufacturer starts mass production and strictly follows the customer's design and quality requirements.
6. Quality Control
During the production process, the manufacturer carries out strict quality control to ensure that each product meets the customer's requirements.
7. Packaging and Delivery
After the production is completed, the manufacturer packs the products according to the customer's requirements and arranges transportation and delivery.
8. After-sales service
The manufacturer provides after-sales service to deal with customer feedback and after-sales problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
